This series bottle label sleeve shrink packing machine are mainly used to shrink label of product in bottle shape, can shape or barrel shape with glass bottle, plastic bottle or paper cup. The label either on the top, in the middle, at bottom of bottle or wrapping the whole bottle is able to be shrank with different type model. This series is designed to shrink labels on products shaped like bottles, cans, or barrels. It works seamlessly with glass bottles, plastic bottles, and paper cups.
Depending on the specific model setup, the label can be shrunk on the top, in the middle, at the bottom, or fully wrapped around the entire bottle.
The machine supports PVC, PP, PE, and POF shrink films. Suggested heating times and tunnel temperatures vary by film type, ranging from 110℃ up to 180℃.
It features intelligent shrink temperature control, a stepless conveyor speed adjuster, and a unique conveyor device designed to ensure highly stable and smooth transmission.
While both models share the same power rating (8kW) and tunnel size (1000x150x380mm), the BSS1538B has a machine weight of 96kg, whereas the BSS1538C has a machine weight of 90kg.
