Pour the messy bottle into the lifting hopper of the bottle unscrambler and transport it into the barrel of the bottle through the hoist belt. The guide bottle rod moves along the track into the lower bottle box, flips down in the lower bottle box, and then passes the star wheel into the wind. The chain is connected, the wind-feeding chain is connected with the filling machine, and the three-in-one unit is flushed, filled and sealed. The full working process is automatically controlled by the PLC program controller.
