6 head aluminum cap sealing machine (6 head ropp capping machine) is especially used for sealing work of glass bottle and aluminum cap (ropp cap). The heads number can be 1, 4, 6, 8 or 10. The output can be up to 2000-10000bph. It has following features:

• This series of capping machines is specifically designed for sealing twist-off aluminum tamper-evident caps and bottle necks.
• Tight sealing: seamless, scratch-free seal, and a tight bottom seal.
• Wide adaptability: The capping head can be either a German-style flat-blade head or a four-wheel balanced lever head.
• Low cap damage rate: Utilizing a bottle neck positioning device, the positioning between the bottle neck and the capping head is more accurate, improving cap utilization.
• High degree of automation: Equipped with automatic cap feeding and automatic cap hanging functions, and can be equipped with an automatic cap feeder for fully automatic operation.
• Long service life: The sealing wheels are made of special materials, ensuring durability.

4. The bottle feeding screw makes the bottles enter the capping machine smoothly and steadily.

5. Each capping head includes two screw knifives and two bottom kinfives to make sure that the seal is seamless and scratch free, and the bottom is tightly sealed.
