Bag Former
Bag length can be easily set on the touch screen. Packaging material feeding is driven by an Inverter motor, meaning the running speed can be adjusted at will. We can customize the bag former according to specific needs.
Sealing & Cutting
The servo motor drives the double belt to draw the plastic film, which makes the bag flat and beautiful. The cutting blade can be easily controlled and adjusted, which ensures efficient cutting speeds.
Date Printer
The date printer is available to be equipped on this packaging machine for printing production dates on bags. The famous Markem Imaje Inkjet printer ensures the date labeling is clear and persistent.
Touch Screen
The 10-inch touch screen (HMI) is connected to the PLC system. It is easy to operate, features high accuracy, and supports multiple languages for customers' choices.
