It is widely applied to packing shampoo, cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, butter and others to 4-side-seal sachet in lanes.
FTC-series bagger is integrated with dosing system. Different machines are designed for different types of product, like FTC-G for granules, FTC-P for powder, and FTC-L for free/ viscous liquid.
Not really. As the sealing mould varies with bag type, one bagger is specific to one bag type.
For bags of same type and within a certain specification, the bag length is adjustable while different bag width (film width) is achievable by changing bag formers.
FTC-series bagger is fully installed before shipment. It is a machine featured by plug-and-play, simple operation, and easy maintenance. The main parts, not consumptive parts, are warranted for one year. Also, our aftersales team will support you for any question or problem occurred during usage for life.
It is stipulated that 30% advance by T/T as down payment to start manufacturing, and the balance should be paid off before bagger being shipped out of factory. Regarding the delivery time, generally, it takes 15-25 days after down payment. It depends on specific orders.
We have set out strict inspection procedures to ensure the quality and function of the machine. After qualified testing, we will provide you with photos and videos of the machine in operation for check. And it would be our honor to have you visit our factory and inspect the machine on spot.
