• The output you need (bag/hour).
• The weight of each pack you need.
• If you also need packing film, please provide the bag size and style.
• Dimension of the bag (if you don't have, send us a sample or draft drawing).
• If you need to do printing on the packaging, our machine can print (that is optional).

We will send the photo and video of the machine to the customer to check the machine running situation before delivery. Besides, we welcome customers to come to our factory to check the machine by themselves.

T/T or L/C at sight. We would like full payment before delivery for spare parts. For the machine order, 50% T/T in advance, and the rest of the balance before shipping.

3. Overseas technician sending service can be provided, but the customer needs to pay. To save costs, we will send you a video of the machine installation.
